The problem
An incubated startup had the idea for an AI companion, and no tech.
What I built
- 01The full stack from scratch: app, agent and backend.
- 02Launched on Android and iOS.
- 03Product analytics with GA4 and Mixpanel to track activation and retention.

Decisions
Measure from launch
Analytics went in before launch, so the team learned from the first users instead of guessing.
